“Sportnaturetour” sport association, in cooperation with “Pedale Medolese” organises the 4th edition of South Garda Bike Race, Sunday 29th of August 2010 in MEDOLE (MN) – Italy.

 

MARATHON and MIDDLE Regulation

Marathon race and Middle race are available to those who are 18-65 years old, both male and female; remember to bring your 2010 Sport Federation Member Card and your health certificate. Besides, anyone can join the Excursionists Category, both male and female;

Please always remember to bring your Sport Federation Member Card for the current year, and your health certificate. You’ll be asked to show them as you sign in for the races, or when you’re given your number and your Race Pack.

Pedale Medolese Sport Association declines every responsibility for the participant’s health condition. As you enrole, you take the full responsibility of having worked-out properly before joining the races. The Managing Board has the power to refuse undesired inscriptions.

Entry Fees:

 

MARATHON 60Km : € 25,00 men , € 20,00 women.

 

MIDDLE 30Km : € 23,00 men , € 17,00 women.

 

COMBINED entry fee  :  to be defined

 

RACE-PACK : (TO BE DEFINED), Race number, lunch party coupon, “Etchic Sport” supplement coupon,  “Montana power” energy-giving food, “Mtb Competion” magazine, mechanic assistance, rest points along the route, final rest point, showers, bike wash, photographer and Tv.

 

FAMILY BIKE and BABY BIKE REGULATIONS :

Anyone can join them, in despite of the type of bike. You just need to sign in the form and cross “Family Bike route”, and enclose the receipt. These will be asked as you withdraw your participation pass.

BABY BIKE : the registration is free and will take place a few hours before the race.

Family Bike entry fee includes: participation pass, Party Lunch coupon, Family Bike dickey, authorized “southgardabiketours” professional guides assistance.

Registrations: opening on 1st February 2010, ordinary closing 25th August, extraordinary closing 28th  August 2010 at 12.00 am + 5€ extra fee for each route. From 26th august to the registration closing day, if you choose to change your routes, you’ll be asked to pay a 5€ extra fee.

Medole, Sport Center  (bring your member card and your proof of purchase ) – Saturay, 28th of August from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm and sunday 29th of August.

Sport Crews have to buy a group-ticket, and the group-leader is meant to show the participants list and the original proof of purchase, in order to get the pass and the race-packs.

 

Checks and timing are compulsory both at the point of departure and along the route. Missing a check will lead to an immediate disqualification from the ranking. Timing service applies to ChampionChip® automatic system by OTC ChampionChip. Each athlete, in order to be detected and qualified, must have his own ChampionChip® chip. It’s possible to buy the chip as you withdraw you race-pack for 12€, or else it can be hired out by paying a deposit of 10€. At the end of the demonstration, the chip must be turned in. As a payment for the hiring, 3€ will be withheld from your deposit. For further informations about the chip, please look up the website www.championchip.it.
Misusing or not using the chip will imply not being qualified in the ranking, and, as regards biketourists, not being credited with your timing.
